Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Who's coming

Your Shaw home

Your layout. Your way of using it.

A half bathroom on another level or a study may be easy to miss in a bedroom count. For your Shaw home, include the living spaces you want cleaned and anything that stays untouched. If a standard option misses the layout, a quote can define the actual work.

  • One less load waiting.

Laundry is a per-load add-on. Select it before booking, then leave any relevant instructions in your house notes.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

How do I price a Shaw home with an unusual layout?

Start with bedrooms and bathrooms, then add the living spaces and selected extras. If a standard option does not describe the home, request a quote and explain the layout, included areas, and condition.

Can laundry be part of the cleaning visit?

Laundry is a per-load add-on in the price planner. Select it before booking so it is part of the price, then share any relevant instructions in your house notes.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
