Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Fairfax home

A spare room can have another job.

The spare room may have become an office; the dining room may do homework duty. Your cleaning plan can follow how those spaces are used now. Keep the useful details in the notes: a room that needs to stay available, a desk that stays untouched, and any downstairs living space that belongs in the visit.

  • More than bedrooms.

Include a finished lower level if it needs cleaning. If it is a separate residence, describe its rooms and bathrooms in a quote request.

Fairfax City and Fairfax County

Fairfax City is an independent city. Give the full service address when checking coverage; the Fairfax name alone does not identify the exact home.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Does my Fairfax plan have to start with a deep clean?

A plan normally starts with a deep clean so regular visits can maintain the home. If it was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, use the skip option in the price planner.

Will I see the first-visit price before I book?

Yes. On a regular plan, the planner shows the first visit and the price of following visits separately, with your selected frequency and add-ons.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
