Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Bethesda home

The kitchen table can go back to being a table.

Dinner, emails, homework, another cup of coffee: one surface can do a lot. If that sounds like your Bethesda home, a note can mark the papers or projects that stay put while the kitchen gets its clean. The dishwasher and sink are our part; private things can be put away before we come.

  • The inside job you keep putting off.

If the oven or fridge interior needs attention, select it as an add-on. You can see that work in the price before booking.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Will you clear the sink in my Bethesda kitchen?

Yes. A regular clean includes running the dishwasher and clearing the sink, alongside the kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors. You do not have to wash everything before we come.

Can I add the oven without changing to a move-out clean?

Yes. Inside the oven is a separate add-on for regular or deep cleaning. Select it in the price planner and the total updates before you book.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
