Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Kensington home

A home can be old and new at the same time.

If part of your Kensington home has been renovated and another part retains older finishes, their care instructions may differ. Tell us the material, product, or area to leave alone. An existing mark deserves a note too: cleaning can address household dirt, but it should not be mistaken for repairing a worn finish.

  • A room still being finished.

If building work is under way, describe any remaining dust or debris before arranging household cleaning. Keep unfinished work areas clear in the scope.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Can a deep clean restore an older floor or fixture?

Deep cleaning addresses household dirt and buildup within the service checklist. Wear, damage, and restoration are different work. Describe the surface and its condition first so expectations are clear.

What should I do before cleaning a renovated bathroom?

Share the materials and any care guidance from the installer. If work is still being finished, describe the remaining dust or debris in the request before selecting a household-cleaning visit.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
