Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Gaithersburg home

The stairs connect a lot of everyday life.

If home is a Gaithersburg townhouse, a morning can travel from the bedrooms down the stairs and straight into the kitchen. Those lived-in spaces belong in the plan too. A playroom project, a room to keep closed, and the clean linens left on a bed can each have their own note before the team comes.

  • Beds ready at the end.

Leave fresh linens out for the included change of one bed per bedroom. Select the extra-bed add-on if another bed needs a change.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Do I need to strip the beds before my Gaithersburg clean?

No. Leave fresh linens out if you want them changed. One bed per bedroom is included; another bed can be selected with the extra-bed linens add-on.

Should I tidy the playroom first?

You do not have to tidy for the cleaners. Put away anything precious or private, and identify projects or toys that should not be moved. A room to skip can be recorded in your house notes.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
