Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Chevy Chase home

Some details deserve their own note.

A wood floor, a stone counter, and a guest bed can each have one small instruction that makes the clean feel right. If those details matter in your Chevy Chase home, put them in the house notes. The team can read what to use, what to leave alone, and where the fresh linens are waiting.

  • The surface product you prefer.

Name the material and share its care instructions, especially for an unusual finish or an item with existing wear.

  • Fresh linens, ready.

Leave out fresh linens for one bed per bedroom. Another bed can be selected with the extra-bed linens add-on.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Can I leave a particular product for a floor or counter?

Yes. Tell us which surface the product is for and share its care instructions. It can be recorded in your house notes; discuss unusual materials or existing damage before the visit.

Will you change the guest-bed linens?

One linen change per bedroom is included when fresh linens are left out. If you need another bed changed, select the extra-bed linens add-on in the price planner.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
