Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your McLean home

The kitchen works hard. The guest room waits.

The kitchen might need a proper reset while the guest room just needs to be ready for Friday. A finished lower level or a study can matter as much as another bedroom. Put those priorities in your house notes, along with the counter product you prefer and the desk that stays exactly as it is.

  • Beyond the bedroom count.

Include the living spaces you want cleaned. A finished basement is an add-on; a separate residence needs its own agreed scope.

  • A larger home?

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Does a finished basement count as part of my McLean clean?

A finished basement is an add-on in the price planner. Include it if you want that living space cleaned; if it is a separate residence, describe it in a quote request so its rooms and bathrooms are considered properly.

Can I leave care instructions for my counters and floors?

Yes. Tell us which surface needs particular care and share its product or care instructions. A preferred product or a surface to leave alone belongs in your house notes, where your team can find it before the visit.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
