Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Ashburn home

More than the bedroom count.

Pet hair can collect around the sofa even when the bedrooms look tidy. If that is part of life in your Ashburn home, account for it when choosing extras. Your notes can also flag a pet who is uneasy around the vacuum, a closed door, or a room that needs to stay available.

  • The extra work, in view.

Select the heavy-pet-hair add-on when extra work is needed. It belongs in the price before the visit.

  • Another level of living space.

If a loft, office, or finished lower level is part of the home you want cleaned, include it in the scope rather than relying only on the bedroom count.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Is heavy pet hair included in an Ashburn regular clean?

Regular cleaning includes vacuuming carpets and rugs. If your home needs extra work for heavy pet hair, select that add-on in the planner so it is included in the price and plan.

How do I count a townhouse with a loft or a lower-level room?

Use the bedrooms and bathrooms, then include additional living spaces and any finished-basement add-on. For an unusual layout or a separate residence, describe the home in a quote request rather than forcing it into the wrong option.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
