Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Reston home

The rooms between leaving and coming home.

The hallway, stairs, and kitchen floor can carry a full week while the spare bedroom stays quiet. If your Reston home has a downstairs family room or work space, include that living area too. The notes can keep its priorities together with the desk, reading corner, or belongings you want left exactly where they are.

  • The downstairs room.

A finished basement is an add-on when it belongs in the clean. A separate residence needs its own rooms, bathrooms, and agreed scope.

If the door faces a path or courtyard

A short direction from the parking area to the right entrance can help. Add your community or building’s visitor instructions if they apply.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Should I include a downstairs family room in my Reston clean?

Yes, if you want it cleaned. If it is part of a finished basement, select that add-on; if it is a separate living unit, describe its rooms and bathrooms in a quote request.

Do you clean the floors and baseboards between rooms?

Yes. The regular checklist includes hard floors, carpets and rugs, and baseboards. Tell us about surfaces with specific care instructions or any space you want left alone.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
