Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Annandale home

The kitchen belongs to everyone. So does the mess.

When several people use the same rooms, cleaning can become somebody else’s turn. Put the common kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces in the plan, then identify what stays private. For a shared Annandale home, a closed bedroom door or a desk to leave alone can be just as important as the room needing attention.

  • A clear boundary.

If only part of the home needs cleaning, request a quote for those rooms. Keep private spaces and any separate living unit distinct in the request.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Can we leave private bedrooms out of the conversation?

Tell us which rooms you want cleaned and which should stay closed. If the requested scope does not match a standard whole-home option, describe it in a quote request so the work and price can be agreed.

What if the shared bathroom needs more than regular upkeep?

Compare the deep-clean checklist. It adds detail work such as grout scrubbing and shower-door scale treatment; a regular clean is designed to maintain the everyday rooms once they are in good shape.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
