Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Columbia Heights home

Shared rooms. Personal boundaries.

If your Columbia Heights home is shared with family or housemates, the plan should be clear about both common rooms and private space. A bedroom that stays closed, a desk nobody touches, or another unit in the building can have its own boundary. The team should know which home and rooms the visit actually includes.

  • A request for part of the home.

Describe the included rooms and condition in a quote request so the work and price can be agreed. Sharing a building address does not include another unit.

An example. Yours will have the things only you know.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Can the team skip a private bedroom in our Columbia Heights home?

Yes, tell us which room should stay closed. If your request is for only part of the home, describe the included rooms and condition in a quote request so the scope and price are agreed.

What if our apartment shares an address with another unit?

Describe your own residence and rooms. If another unit is also being requested, list it separately; sharing the building address does not make it part of the same clean.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
