Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Logan Circle home

Before company. After company. Everyday, too.

The living room may be ready for guests while the bathroom still asks for attention. Put the rooms that matter for your Logan Circle visit in the notes, along with anything you want left in place. A record collection, flowers on the table, or private belongings do not need to become a rearranging job.

  • Company, without staging the home.

Put away anything precious or private, and identify what stays untouched. You can leave the ordinary dishes and signs of living to us.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Should I choose deep cleaning before guests come to Logan Circle?

Choose by the home’s condition. A regular clean handles everyday upkeep; a deep clean is useful when trim, shower buildup, or neglected corners need the additional work listed in that checklist.

Do I have to hide the evidence of dinner first?

No. Dishes in the sink are normal here. We run the dishwasher and clear the sink as part of a regular clean; put away anything precious or private, and leave the ordinary mess.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
