Before you book
Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our recurring customers aren't. A lockbox, a code, a building front desk or a key we hold — you tell us which. If you'd like to be home the first time to walk through the place, that's welcome.

When am I charged?

Our team confirms payment options and timing with your quote before you book.

Why is the first visit a deep clean?

A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Who's coming

Your Navy Yard home

One apartment. A whole week of life.

Cooking, working, having someone over: an apartment can fit a lot into a few rooms. Put your Navy Yard home’s priorities in the notes, including a work corner to leave alone. If a move is coming, plan the clean after the boxes leave and before the key deadline, with building access arranged for that visit.

  • The kitchen interiors.

Select an oven or fridge add-on while the home is occupied. For an empty-home move, discuss anything that will remain inside before the visit.

For a building with visitor rules

Check whether management needs advance visitor registration or specific entry arrangements. Add the residential entrance and guest parking instructions once.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Still wondering about something?

Text, call or email our team. We’ll help with your question.

Do I need to empty the fridge for a regular Navy Yard clean?

The regular checklist covers appliance exteriors and the microwave inside and out. Inside the fridge is a separate add-on; if you select it, discuss its condition and what will remain inside before the visit.

What is included when I move out of my apartment?

The move-out checklist is for an empty home and includes inside appliances, cabinets, closets, and interior windows. Share the date belongings leave and the key handover deadline when arranging the visit.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Put anything precious or private somewhere you like, and leave the rest. The mess is the job — it isn't a problem, and nobody is going to mention it.

What determines my cleaning price?

Your bedrooms, bathrooms, type of clean and visit frequency. The planner provides an estimate. Our team confirms availability, your quote and payment details before you book.

Can I book a clean without starting a regular plan?

Yes. Choose a one-time regular, deep or move-out clean. A regular plan is an option when you want ongoing care, with weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly schedules.
