A regular clean is built to maintain a home, not reset one. Starting a plan on an unreset home means the first visits underdeliver. Skip it if the place was professionally cleaned in the last 30 days — there's a checkbox in the price card. Booked with a plan, the first deep clean is 15% off.

Your Capitol Hill home
If your Capitol Hill home spreads over several levels, its stairs and connecting spaces are part of everyday life too. Include the rooms you use, then leave notes for particular finishes and the door to use. A separate downstairs apartment is its own residence; sharing the street address does not put it in the same clean.
If original woodwork or another surface has specific care guidance, share the material and instructions. A finish to leave alone can have its own note.
